It was smooth transaction from quotation to installation of my 2 bedroom doors. Jackson is helpful in explaining types and prices of the doors eventhough we communicated through texts. I did some comparison with other sellers, as Imperial Door's products are direct from factory, their prices are indeed affordable. Their staff came on time for both days of measurement & installation. Highly recommended.

We visited Imperial Door to purchase our main door and bedroom doors, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by Yi Hen, who patiently explained everything in detail and offered very helpful, practical recommendations tailored to our needs.

Love the quality of the doors from Imperial Door. Classy and minimalist look. I took a leap of faith without going to the showroom. From the point of purchase, Kelvin was very prompt in responding to my queries and in arranging for the installation, my family are very pleased! Installer was also friendly. Highly recommend them and I will be sure to look for them again for my future doors and gate purchases!

We discovered Imperial Door through TikTok and Google Maps and visited their showroom without a prior appointment. We were warmly welcomed by Kelvin, who was approachable and easy to communicate with. He explained the different types of doors, available add-ons, and pricing clearly and thoroughly, without any hard selling.
We were very pleased with his service and the way he attended to us. He gave us ample time to consider our options, and was also very responsive on WhatsApp. Kelvin even conducted several video calls to help us finalize the door selection for our bedrooms. We eventually decided on the 4-door promotion.
The doors were delivered within two weeks. Although the installer arrived slightly late, Kelvin was very responsive in providing updates and ensured that the installation was completed on the same day. The installer completed the installation of all four doors in under 1.5 hours, including dismantling and disposal of the old doors.
We are satisfied with the quality of the doors and would highly recommend engaging Kelvin for your future door needs.
